New Jetstream program gets customers off to the "Right Start"

HOUSTON – Continuing where other companies leave off, Jetstream introduces "Right Start," a complete customer training program that provides every customer with information and confidence in the purchase of a Jetstream waterblaster.

Right Start's four steps – Transportation, Training, Follow-up and Trust – ensure customers will be trained on how to operate the product before using it in the field.

Transportation. Every complete Jetstream product is thoroughly checked and tested to verify all parts are in working order before shipping to the customer.

Training. A Jetstream representative contacts each customer to set up training, then goes to their location and instructs the customer on proper operation of the waterblaster.

Follow-up. Within 30 days, a Jetstream representative will contact the customer to field any additional questions. And, since customer service is Jetstream's No. 1 priority, the customer will receive another follow-up call after 60 days.

Trust. A primary contact and toll-free access to Jetstream's factory provides peace of mind that future questions or concerns can be addressed quickly and accurately.

Jetstream manufactures industrial high-pressure waterblasting equipment operated at pressures up to 40,000 psi for a wide range of industrial cleaning and surface prep applications. The preceeding benefits are available to customers in North America . Jetstream is a division of Federal Signal Corporation's (NYSE:FSS) Environmental Products Group, which includes Elgin Sweeper, Vactor Manufacturing, Guzzler Manufacturing and Leach Company.
